Types
Standards

60° angle (as illustrated):The most common center-drill angle, producing a hole that precisely matches the point of a lathe center (currently in stock).

82° angle:Starts drilling from a conical recess and allows imperial countersunk screws to sit perfectly flush.

90° angle:Uses the same process as 82° and allows metric countersunk screws to sit perfectly flush.

Titanium nitride (TiN) coating:Withstands higher temperatures and wear than an uncoated center drill, while retaining a sharp cutting edge for longer.
